The BL EBICS Server is the modern and powerful solution for exchanging data in the inter-bank sector.
It is the ideal platform for the communication of banks with Deutsche Bundesbank and replaces the previously used FTAM connections via ISDN. As such, it is a cost-effective alternative to the SWIFT network.
The BL EBICS Server can be integrated into any existing environment and provides an easy, save, and standardised access to the German Bundesbank.
Based on the technology of the BL Banking Server, the system allows high performance EBICS connections for several thousands of customers and can easily be extended by further banking server functions.
The BL EBICS Server is available with EBICS version 2.5.
EBICS also advanced to the new e-banking communication standard in France. The migration from the previously used ETEBAC to EBICS is currently in progress. It is done in two phases and shall be finished until September 2011:
